With over 15 years of experience in global health system strengthening, his work focuses on integrating digital tools, reliable health products access, and
taskaligned remuneration to improve performance and retention of Community Health Workers.
Healthy Entrepreneurs operates in multiple countries and has reached millions of people with essential health services, including nutrition, wash, hygiene, and chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Independent evaluations have shown improvements in health outcomes, cost reductions, and sustained workforce engagement. Joost is an Ashoka Fellow and regularly advises governments and partners on scaling inclusive, decentralized healthcare delivery models.
