Mack Marangu is a Kenyan social impact innovator, business development specialist, and youth leader working at the intersection of digital innovation, gender equality, and public health. He is the founder of TotoRegister, a hybrid data analysis system that uses attendance data to identify and support children in vulnerable and high-risk communities. His work focuses on leveraging technology and community-driven innovation to address harmful social norms, adolescent sexual and reproductive health challenges, and gender-based violence across Africa.
Mack has collaborated with organizations including UNFPA, the African Union Africa CDC, AMREF, Global Affairs Canada, Save the Children, and other organizations contributing to initiatives on health innovation, and community development.
He has recently served as a facilitator and mentor under the AU–GIZ Y-Health AU Bingwa Plus program, supporting youth-led health enterprises across Africa, including winning health startups in Rwanda, Malawi and Mozambique.
He is an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Fellowship, President’s Fellowship 2023, and a recognized advocate for scaling youth-led solutions that strengthen inclusive, resilient health systems
