Zubin Shroff is a health systems specialist at the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research where he leads portfolios of work on health financing, health systems modelling and emergency preparedness and response. His work includes conceptualizing and managing cross-national research programmes, engaging policymakers to support implementation, and strengthening the capacity of national researchers to generate and use evidence for policy. He holds doctoral and master’s degrees in Global Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, as well as a medical degree from the University of Delhi. Zubin is particularly committed to bridging research and policy and seeks to apply rigorous analysis to real-world policy challenges and contribute to stronger, more equitable health systems.
