Global health leader, policy shaper and medical doctor with over 24 years of experience advancing primary health care systems, health workforce development, and health policy reforms across Africa and globally. She has proven experience leading multi-million-dollar donor portfolios, mobilizing strategic partnerships with governments, development partners, and academic institutions, and guiding organizations through complex health systems transformation. She has served and continues to serve on boards of various organizations, as well as holds technical experts and advisory positions. She integrates coaching, policy, and systems thinking to build resilient leaders, strengthen primary healthcare, promotes people-centred and sustainable health systems.
