Lilies has worked in international development for over 20 years and is currently with the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation as a Program Officer, Global Early Childhood Development – East and Southern Africa. She particularly takes a strategic lead for Kenya and Tanzania, supporting the Foundation’s ECD strategy in these countries.

Prior to joining the Hilton Foundation, Lilies was the Africa Director at Malaria No More UK, where she led the development of the organization’s Africa strategy and established an in-country work model for the Africa region. Lilies previously worked with the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) as the Africa Lead, Strategic Engagement and Communications. While at CIFF, she also held other roles, including leading the ECD and Neglected Tropical Diseases portfolios. Before joining CIFF, Lilies was with Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network, working on programs aimed at increasing access to essential medicines and promoting the rational use of medicines.
