Dr. Adedamola Adebayo is a global health researcher and policy leader with over a decade of experience improving the health and wellbeing of adolescents and young women in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Her work spans sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), health systems strengthening, and the growing intersection of climate and environmental change with reproductive health.
She has led and coordinated multi-country research and innovation initiatives across Africa and beyond, generating actionable evidence and fostering partnerships among researchers, policymakers, and implementing organizations to address complex health challenges affecting women, adolescents, and children. She has also contributed to developing a strategic framework that integrates a climate lens into SRH investment in LMICs.
As Co-Executive Director of The Knowledge Bridge, Dr. Adebayo champions the translation of research into policy and practice, advancing evidence-informed decision- making across the Global South.
