Candybell Reider Kensah is an award-winning youth leader and social impact strategist advancing education, health equity, and AI policy across Africa. She is the founder of Her Orange Space, a civic education platform that has empowered over 6,000 girls in Ghana through rights awareness and menstrual equity programs. She is also the co-founder of The Sarah Initiative, which promotes sustainable solutions in health and education.

She currently serves as a Youth Leaders Fellow with the United Nations Population Fund and as Communications and PR Lead for the Malaria Youth Corps Ghana under the African Leaders Malaria Alliance (ALMA), where she engages policymakers and development partners on malaria elimination and youth-led health advocacy. She also works through her consultancy, ReiderAID, supporting non-profits and youth-led organisations to design and scale community development initiatives.

Candybell holds degrees in Agricultural Economics and Law and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Youth Leadership and Development at the University of Ghana.
